<description>Ah-ha! That is the issue and the really sneaky part. It is in so many foods and some of them might not be considered &quot;junk food&quot;.

I don&#039;t know that I would consider Stove Top Stuffing junk food. Not really healthy, but not &quot;junk food&quot; like cookies or a candy bar. Or Pepperidge Farm&#039;s line of 100% whole grain breads
Sara Lee Heart Healthy Whole Grain Bread.

And cough syrups are not junk food. And what about cottage cheese? You think you are eating something healthy and it has HFCS in it!

I am looking at &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.accidentalhedonist.com/index.php/2005/06/09/foods_and_products_containing_high_fruct&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;this list&lt;/a&gt; and getting disgusted!

The HFCS adds say it is ok in moderation. How can digestion of it be moderate when it is in everything?

Sigh.</description>
